Let me tell you about my favorite restaurant in all of EPCOT: Spice Road Table.
I originally wanted to try this restaurant because it has several things I tend to gravitate toward: small plates, patio seating, and a waterfront view. This year I've been lucky enough to visit several times, and it has never disappointed.

In this review, we'll go over all of my thoughts and everything you need to know to plan your own visit.

Atmosphere & Location:
To find Spice Road Table, head to the Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase. Instead of walking into the main portion of the pavilion, turn toward the water and you'll find the entrance to this little eatery. You'll know you're in the right place when you spot the covered patio overlooking the lagoon.
While the restaurant does offer indoor seating, I've personally never sat inside and rarely see anyone else doing so either.

The patio is the real star of the show. Open and airy, it feels like a seaside Mediterranean café tucked away from the crowds. Small marble-topped tables, colorful padded bistro chairs, turquoise columns, ornate hanging lanterns, and blue fabric draped overhead create a peaceful atmosphere. A decorative wrought-iron fence surrounds the patio, while the water of World Showcase Lagoon stretches out just beyond.
If you're lucky enough to snag a reservation during the evening, you'll also have one of the better fireworks-viewing locations in the park.

Reservations & Seating:
Although Spice Road Table does accept walk-ins, reservations are recommended. Fortunately, they're usually pretty easy to get. I've managed to secure same-day reservations on several occasions without any trouble.
Reservations can be made through the My Disney Experience app.
This is a table-service restaurant, so you'll have a server who takes your order and brings your food directly to your table. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, though the outdoor patio is where this restaurant truly shines.
Occasionally, Disney offers special fireworks dining packages here. If that's something you're interested in, be sure to book as early as possible.
The Menu:
The menu at Spice Road Table is fairly small, but packed with excellent choices.

The focus here is Mediterranean-inspired small plates and tapas. Some of the most popular dishes include the famous Hummus Fries and Lamb Kefta.
You'll also find a selection of beers, wines, sangrias, mimosas, and cocktails to pair with your meal.

There isn't a separate allergy menu, but I've always found the servers to be knowledgeable about common dietary restrictions and allergies. If you're unsure about an ingredient, don't hesitate to ask.
One thing to note is that the menu changes periodically, so some items may come and go over time.

What I've Ordered:
On my first few visits to Spice Road Table, I ordered pretty much the same thing every time: the Spice Road Table Sampler. It came with Zaalouk, Lamb Kefta, and Hummus Fries for around $15, along with a Moroccan-style beer called Casa.

The Zaalouk is a smoky Moroccan dip made from eggplant and tomatoes seasoned with garlic, cumin, paprika, and cilantro, served alongside pita bread. This dip is absolutely magical. It's slightly tangy with deep savory, smoky flavors that remind me a little bit of chipotle peppers.
The Lamb Kefta was equally delicious. Tender, flavorful, and served over a slightly spicy harissa yogurt that added just the right amount of heat.
Then there are the famous Hummus Fries, which are probably one of the restaurant's most popular items for a reason. They have a crispy exterior while the inside is very similar to falafel in texture. They're topped with a cucumber-tomato salad and served with a creamy citrus-chipotle dipping sauce that pairs beautifully with the fries.
On my most recent visit, I was sad to discover the sampler platter had been removed from the menu, which meant it was finally time to branch out and try something new.
While waiting for my table, I stopped by the nearby sangria stand and grabbed a white sangria and a small container of marinated olives to snack on.

Once seated, I ordered the:
- Crispy Pomegranate-Chili Cauliflower
Red Pepper-Aleppo Sauce (Plant-Based)
$11.00
and a:
- Pomegranate Mimosa
$15.50
Thankfully, neither disappointed.
The mimosa was exactly how I like them: mostly champagne with just a splash of juice. The pomegranate added a hint of flavor without turning the drink overly sweet.

As for the cauliflower, it had a light, crispy coating that reminded me a bit of a rice flour batter. Inside, the cauliflower was soft and fluffy. The exterior coating had a sweet-and-sour quality that paired wonderfully with the creamy Aleppo pepper sauce. Most of the flavor came from the roasted red peppers, with just a gentle warmth from the spice at the end.

Know Before You Go:
- Hours: Open daily from 4:00 PM-9:00 PM
- Reservations: Recommended and can be made through the My Disney Experience app.
- Dietary Options: There is no dedicated allergy menu, but accommodations can be made for most common dietary restrictions. There are also several vegetarian and vegan options available.
- Pricing: Honestly, pretty reasonable for EPCOT. Alcoholic beverages generally range from $10-$20, while most small plates fall between $11-$15, which feels like a good value considering the portion sizes.
- Best Seating: The outdoor patio is where it's at-especially if you can snag a table along the water.
