Does anyone else have that one must-stop drink spot in Epcot? For me, it's Choza de Margarita in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion.
This small walk-up bar, tucked right next to the pavilion's iconic pyramid, serves up margaritas for every taste, plus cerveza and a few small snacks.
Whether you're after a cold margarita or a snack, here's everything you need to know for your next trip.

Location & Seating:
Wondering where to find Choza de Margarita? If you enter the Mexico Pavilion from World Celebration (near Test Track), look to your left. The stand is tucked between some lush foliage and the iconic pyramid, directly across from La Cantina de San Angel. You'll know you've arrived when you spot the open-air walk-up bar topped with a traditional thatched roof.
This spot is designed for grab-and-go, so there's no seating directly at the bar. But don't worry, there are plenty of options nearby.
You'll find tables and chairs at La Cantina across the way, plus some tucked-away tables on either side of the pyramid. Those tables near the pyramid don't have chairs, but they're shaded, peaceful, and usually empty since not many people know about them.

For more unconventional seating, you'll often find folks perched on the stone wall that wraps around the pavilion's exterior or sitting by the fountain inside the pyramid. Bonus points for a bit of cool air.
The Menu:

(Find the full & current Choza de Margarita menu here.)
Choza de Margarita offers a variety of margarita flavors, from blood orange to cucumber, available both frozen and on the rocks. In addition to margaritas, they carry a small selection of beers and a few snack options like tacos and guacamole.
Prices range from about $12 to $18.50, which is pretty standard for Disney cocktails and snacks.
One thing to note: if you order a frozen margarita, the menu price is usually around $14, but the cashier may ask, "Is this cup okay?" That's because they're offering you a large size for an extra $4. I always say yes, but it's good to know in case you weren't expecting the upcharge.
Regarding dietary restrictions, this is a walk-up bar with no dedicated kitchen space, so allergy-friendly food options aren't available here. For allergy accommodations or more substantial meals, your best bet is to visit the nearby La Cantina de San Angel or the San Angel Inn restaurant inside the pavilion.
What I Order:
I've been grabbing a drink from Choza de Margarita on every Epcot trip for the last year, at least once a month, so I've worked my way through most of the menu and found a few go-to favorites:
- Classic Lime Margarita: Always a solid choice. It's well-balanced, not overly sweet, and not too tangy. Just refreshing and easy to sip.
- The Cucumber ($18): Made with Tromba blanco tequila, fresh cucumber and lime juice, orange liqueur, Abasolo corn whiskey, agave, rhubarb bitters, and a Tajín chile-lime rim. Like all of the signature margaritas, it's served in a large cup (no surprise upcharge) and on the rocks. The closest comparison I can think of is the Limon Pepino Gatorade. Notes of lime, cucumber, and super refreshing. The only downside? It's heavy on the ice, so it can disappear in two or three generous sips.
- Mango Loco ($18.50): My current favorite, and the one I ordered on this trip. This one's frozen, with a fruity mango flavor that's not overly sweet, and just enough booze to leave a light afterburn. It's smooth, refreshing, and perfect for walking around the park.

Personally, I think the large frozen margaritas give you the most bang for your buck. They last longer while you explore, and you feel like you're getting more for the price compared to the on-the-rocks versions. For now, the Mango Loco is holding onto my top spot.

Know Before You Go:
- Operating Hours: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Crowd Levels: Lines vary from empty to 30+ people, but cast members work quickly to keep the line moving. Even at peak times, I've never waited more than a 10 minutes to order and get my drink.
- Ordering Method: Walk-up only, mobile ordering is not available.
- Accessibility: The area is flat, but the roped-off switchback queue may be tricky for strollers or wheelchairs. If needed, ask a cast member for help with ordering or retrieving your drink.
- Nearby Seating: No seating directly at the stand. Closest options are the stone wall around the pavilion, tables at La Cantina de San Angel across the walkway, or the tucked-away tables on either side of the pyramid.
- Dining Plan & Discounts: Not accepted at this location.
As a margarita lover, this stand is one of my favorite spots in Epcot for an adult beverage, and it's one I'll definitely keep coming back to. If you're also a fan of margaritas, it's absolutely worth a try, especially on a hot Florida day!
