If you've ever walked past the Canada Pavilion in Walt Disney World's Epcot, you've probably caught a whiff of something magical in the air. Sweet, buttery, and a hint of maple. That aroma leads you straight to the Popcorn in Canada stand, home to one of Epcot's most beloved snacks: Maple Popcorn. Whether you're a popcorn lover, looking for a new snack to try, or just someone who follows their nose, this little stand is worth the stop.

Location & Seating:
You'll find Popcorn in Canada… well, in the Canada Pavilion, of course!
It's hard to miss. Just head toward the green, metal archway with the Le Cellier sign, and you'll spot the cart just to the left before you walk under the arch. You'll know you're close before you even see it, thanks to that buttery, sweet, maple scent drifting through the air.

The stand itself is a simple red-and-wood grab-and-go cart labeled "Maple Popcorn."

There's no seating right next to the cart, but you don't have to go far to find a spot. Benches can be found nearby, and one of the best options is to take your snack over to the lagoon area, where shaded benches under the trees give you a peaceful spot to enjoy your popcorn with a view of the water.
The Menu:

The menu at Popcorn in Canada is quite simple.
Snack-wise, you can choose from a regular Maple Popcorn, Maple Popcorn in a souvenir bucket, or bucket refills if you're coming back for more. The popcorn is both dairy-free and vegan, making it a great snack for a variety of dietary needs.
On the drinks side, you'll find a small selection of bottled sodas, bottled water, and two draft beer options. For something a little stronger, there's also a Canadian Whiskey (and Maple) cocktail. During Epcot festivals, the stand will occasionally offer seasonal specials, like a mini cake or unique cocktail.
Prices range from $7-$16.50, putting it in the "affordable snack with a splurge option" category.
What I Order:
The Maple Popcorn is easily one of my favorite snacks in Epcot.

For $7 (regular size), you get a generously filled, cute little box that makes for easy snacking as you stroll the park. The popcorn is served warm and fresh, coated in a maple-flavored glaze. Flavor and texture-wise, it's like warm, maple-infused Cracker Jacks. Sweet but not overpowering, rich and buttery, with a nice crunch.

This stand is also home to one of my favorite beers in Epcot, Unibroue La Fin du Monde ($14). This strong Tripel Blonde has a 9% ABV and pours a gorgeous golden color. It's smooth, with light notes of spice and hops, and pairs really well with the Maple Popcorn.
Know Before You Go:
- Operating Hours: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Crowd Levels & Line Speed: The line here is usually on the shorter side. I've never seen more than about 10 people waiting. Since the main item is popcorn, service is quick and the line moves fast.
- Ordering Method: Walk-up only, mobile ordering is not available for this stand.
- Accessibility: The roped queue and surrounding area are wide and flat, making it easy to navigate with a wheelchair or stroller. There are no tight turns or uneven surfaces to worry about.
- Nearby Seating: While there's no seating directly at the stand, you'll find tree-covered benches facing the lagoon just a short walk away. Perfect for enjoying your snack with a view.
- Discounts & Dining Plan: The Disney Dining Plan is not accepted here. Annual Passholders may receive a small discount (usually around 5-10%).
Final Thoughts:
Would I Recommend It? Absolutely!
While it's not a flashy or elaborate snack, the maple popcorn is downright delicious with its rich, buttery flavor and the slight crunch of the maple glaze. It's also one of the more affordable treats in Epcot, with a generous portion for the price.
If you're a fan of popcorn (especially Cracker Jack or caramel corn), have a soft spot for maple, or want to enjoy one of the stronger and tastiest beers in the park, Popcorn in Canada is a must-visit.
