Hollywood Studios has plenty of gluten-free food, but the snack situation can be a little harder to navigate than some of the other Disney parks. I've found that some of the best options are scattered throughout the park, and a few require you to specifically ask for an allergy-friendly preparation.
These are seven of my favorite gluten-free snacks and smaller meals to grab while visiting Hollywood Studios. I've personally had most of these several times, so these aren't just things I found on a menu, they're snacks I actually enjoy getting when I'm in the park.
As always, if you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, tell a Cast Member about your allergy before ordering. Preparation methods and cross-contact risks can vary by location.
#1: Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread - $13.29

Where to Find It: Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
If you want something savory but don't necessarily want a giant meal, the Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread is a great option. It comes with falafel, hummus, and vegetables and makes a surprisingly satisfying little snack.
It normally comes with pita bread, so be sure to specifically mention your gluten allergy when ordering so the Cast Member can make the appropriate substitutions or adjustments.
Docking Bay 7 is a quick-service restaurant, so you can also use Mobile Order and grab your food to take with you while you continue exploring Galaxy's Edge.
#2: Ronto Wrap - $13.99

Where to Find It: Ronto Roasters, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
This is probably my favorite gluten-free snack/meal-ish thing in Hollywood Studios. The Ronto Wrap is available at Ronto Roasters before 3:00 PM, and when ordering, specifically request the gluten-free version. It's made with a gluten-free pita instead of the regular wrap.
You can also order the Ronto Wrap from Docking Bay 7 after 3:00 PM. However, I've ordered it there several times and have found the gluten-free pita to be VERY stale. I suspect it's simply because they don't go through as many of them there, so if you have the choice, I'd recommend getting it from Ronto Roasters.
And yes, I get this one on almost every Hollywood Studios visit. It's that good.

#3: Andoan Fruit with Muja Sauce - $7.49

Where to Find It: Ronto Roasters, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
If it's ridiculously hot outside and you want something refreshing, this is one of my favorite options. The Andoan Fruit comes with a mix of fruits and vegetables, including dragon fruit and jicama, served with a tangy tamarind-based Muja sauce.
It's an interesting combination of sweet, crunchy, tart, and refreshing, and I especially like getting this one when Florida is doing its best impression of the surface of the sun.
Sometimes you just need something cold and refreshing instead of another giant Disney snack.
#4: Gluten-Free Brownie or Cookie - $4.79-$5.79

Where to Find It: Rosie's All-American Café
These are prepackaged gluten-free treats from David's, and I have had both the brownies and cookies several times. I have lovedddd them every single time.
They're thick, gooey, and wonderfully rich, making them a great little dessert to throw into your park day. They're also individually packaged, which makes them particularly convenient if you're worried about cross-contact or want to save one for later.
If you like a gooey cookie or brownie, don't skip these.
#5: Popcorn- $5.99

Where to Find It: Popcorn stands throughout Hollywood Studios
Is popcorn technically an exciting recommendation? Maybe not. But it's salty, buttery, portable, gluten-free, and one of my favorite Disney snacks, so here we are.
You can purchase a regular serving for $5.99, or, if you're going to be spending several days at Disney, consider getting a refillable popcorn bucket for $14.99. Refills are currently $2.50, and Disney says the bucket is good for the duration of your trip.
Although I've had the same bucket for two years now, so clearly I've interpreted "your trip" rather generously.
Honorable Mention: The Outpost Mix at Kat Saka's Kettle is also gluten-free, but I haven't personally tried it yet. If you've had it, please tell me what you think!
#6: BBQ Brisket Melt - $13.99

Where to Find It: Woody's Lunch Box, Toy Story Land
The BBQ Brisket Melt is another option that's definitely on the larger side for a "snack," but we're not going to worry about that too much because it's delicious.
It can be made with gluten-free bread, which is typically the Udi's brand. Disney uses Udi's for many of its gluten-free bread products, and while the bread is generally pretty good, the slices are sometimes a little smaller than their regular counterparts.
Still, when you've spent the morning wandering around Toy Story Land and need something savory, this makes a great little meal or a very substantial snack.
#7: Soft-Serve Ice Cream Cup - $5.79
Where to Find It: Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream of Extinction
Sometimes you just want ice cream. And Hollywood Studios has an adorable place to get it: inside Gertie the dinosaur!
Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream of Extinction serves soft-serve in vanilla, chocolate, or a swirl for $5.79. It's a simple treat, but it's cold, sweet, and a great way to cool down while exploring the park.
If you prefer hard-packed ice cream instead, head over to Hollywood Scoops for additional options.
Tips for Eating Gluten Free in Hollywood Studios:
- Plan ahead. Look through menus and gluten-free guides before your trip so you aren't spending half your park day trying to figure out where you can eat.
- When in doubt, ask a Cast Member. Even if you don't see an allergy-friendly option listed online, it's always worth asking. Disney restaurants can sometimes accommodate allergies in ways that aren't obvious from the standard menu.
- Always mention your allergy. Don't simply assume that an item is safe because it doesn't appear to contain gluten. Tell the Cast Member about your allergy when ordering.
- Be aware of cross-contact. Many smaller snack stands don't have a dedicated allergy-preparation area. If you're particularly sensitive to cross-contact, ask about preparation methods before ordering.
- Check the current menu before your visit. Disney menus and ingredients can change, so use this guide as a starting point and confirm current offerings through the My Disney Experience app or Disney's website before you go.
