  • Facebook
  • Email

Magic Kingdom has more gluten-free meal options than you might expect, from quick-service burgers and seafood to full table-service meals and character dining. Some restaurants have dedicated allergy menus, while others can make substitutions or modifications when you let a Cast Member know about your allergy.

Examples of Gluten-Free Meals:

  • Tapioca Dinner Rolls

Good to Know: Be Our Guest is themed to look like the Beast's castle, and depending on where you're seated, you may find yourself dining in the iconic ballroom or the mysterious West Wing. You might even catch a glimpse of the Beast wandering through the castle every so often.

The menu is prix fixe, with lunch and dinner starting around $72 per adult and $43 per child. Each guest chooses an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, with alcoholic and specialty beverages available for an additional cost.

If you're gluten-free, let your server know about your allergy so they can help you determine which selections can be accommodated.

Good to Know: Cinderella's Royal Table is located on the upper floors of Cinderella Castle and offers lunch and dinner with Disney Princess character appearances. It is one of the more expensive dining options in Magic Kingdom, with lunch and dinner starting around $89 per adult and $54 per child.

You're paying for much more than the food here, though. You're dining inside Cinderella Castle while princesses come around to visit the tables, making this a particularly memorable option for little princess fans.

Alcoholic and specialty beverages are available for an additional cost.

The restaurant is themed after the Jungle Navigation Company, so there are plenty of fun details to look at while you eat, and the menu is a little more adventurous than some of the other restaurants in Magic Kingdom.

Tips for Eating Gluten-Free in Magic Kingdom

  • Don't assume the online menu tells you everything. Some locations have allergy-friendly options that aren't clearly listed online. The Crystal Palace, for example, can accommodate gluten-free diners even though its allergy options may not be obvious from the standard menu.
  • Tell a Cast Member about your allergy. Even if you don't see an obvious gluten-free option, ask! Disney restaurants can often make substitutions or modifications that aren't immediately apparent.
  • Check the My Disney Experience app. Allergy-friendly menus and ordering options can often be found through the app, particularly at quick-service locations.
  • Ask about cross-contact if you're highly sensitive. Preparation methods vary between restaurants, and smaller kitchens may not have a dedicated gluten-free preparation area.
  • Don't forget about character dining. Restaurants like Cinderella's Royal Table can accommodate gluten-free diners, so you don't necessarily have to skip character meals just because you have an allergy.
  • Check menus before your trip. Disney menus and ingredients can change, so use this guide as a starting point and double-check current offerings before your visit.
