If there is one Disney park where I am always willing to slow down and have a sit-down meal, it's EPCOT. Between the restaurants tucked inside World Showcase pavilions, character dining, highly themed experiences, and a few seriously fancy options, there is a huge variety of table-service restaurants to choose from.
Jump to:
In this guide, we'll go over every table-service restaurant in EPCOT, including where to find it, what type of food it serves, approximate prices, examples of what's on the menu, and what I think each restaurant is best for. Most EPCOT table-service restaurants accept reservations, and Disney recommends making them in advance, so I'll also point out a few things that are helpful to know before deciding where to eat.
World Celebration, World Nature & World Discovery
Coral Reef Restaurant

Location: The Seas Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Cuisine: Seafood & Caribbean-Inspired
Best For: An upscale meal with an aquarium view
Examples of What They Serve:
- Lobster Bisque
- Coconut Fried Shrimp
- Seafood Mac & Cheese
- Coastal Palm Cakes
- Surf & Turf
- Guava-Braised Short Ribs
(Find the full Coral reef restaurant menu here)
Good to Know: I adore this restaurant because it's located right inside The Seas pavilion aquarium - and if you've read any of my other EPCOT guides, you already know I love, love, love the aquarium. Several tables are placed right up against the glass, so you can watch fish, rays, turtles, and sharks swim past while you eat. Keep an eye out for the hammerhead shark, who I have personally named Helga.
The food here is a little more upscale and definitely feels geared toward an adult crowd, although kids are certainly welcome. There are plenty of alcoholic drinks available, along with gluten-free and vegetarian options if needed.
Garden Grill Restaurant

Location: The Land Pavilion
Type: Prix Fixe / Family Style / Character Dining
Price: $$$$ | $60+
Cuisine: American
Best For: Character dining, families, and picky eaters
Examples of What They Serve:
- Cornbread
- Carrots & Celery
- Grilled Steak
- Roasted Turkey
- Mashed Potatoes
- Mac & Cheese
(Find the full Garden Grill menu here)
Good to Know: If you want character dining paired with pretty standard American food that will appeal to even the pickiest eaters, Garden Grill is a great choice. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the experience as a whole is pretty fun.
The restaurant itself slowly rotates throughout your meal, so the scenery around you gradually changes as you dine. Characters such as Chip, Dale, and other classic Disney friends also make their way around the dining room for meet-and-greets. Alcohol is available, along with a plant-based version of the prix fixe meal.
Space 220 Restaurant

Location: Next to Mission: SPACE in World Discovery
Type: Prix Fixe
Price: $$$$ | $60+
Cuisine: Contemporary American / Space-Themed
Best For: Space lovers and highly themed dining
Examples of What They Serve:
- Blue Moon Cauliflower
- Astro Cluck and Comet Crisp
- Cosmic Lobster Bao
- Short Rib Sliders
- Centauri Caesar Salad
(Find the full Space 220 menu here)
Good to Know: If there's a kid - or adult - in your group who loves space, this is definitely one to consider. The experience starts with a simulated elevator ride 220 miles above Earth to the Centauri Space Station, where you'll dine surrounded by huge panoramic "windows" looking out into space.
The dinner prix fixe menu includes three courses, with alcohol available separately. There are also gluten-free options and dedicated kids' meals available. And keep an eye out for the hydroponic garden on your journey to the restaurant - yes, there is space lettuce.
World Showcase
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Location: Norway Pavilion
Type: Family Style / Character Dining
Price: $$$$ | $60+
Cuisine: Norwegian
Best For: Princess fans, character dining, and families
Examples of What They Serve:
- Nordic Shrimp Salad
- Norwegian Meatballs with Lingonberry Jam
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Chicken
- Seared Salmon
(Find the full Akershus Royal Banquet Hall menu here)
Good to Know: This highly themed Princess Storybook Dining experience is fantastic if you have kids who love meeting the Disney Princesses. It's definitely on the pricey side, but you're paying for the whole experience - theming, multiple character meet-and-greets, and an all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style meal.
I think the food strikes a nice balance here, too. It's different enough to feel a little adventurous and fit the Norwegian setting, but familiar enough that it shouldn't completely scare off picky eaters. Many of the dishes are gluten-friendly, plant-based alternatives are available, and the drink menu includes both alcohol for the adults and fun mocktails for kids and non-drinkers.
Biergarten Restaurant

Location: Germany Pavilion
Type: Buffet
Price: $$$ | $35-$60
Cuisine: German
Best For: Buffets, live entertainment, and immersive theming
Examples of What They Serve:
- Roasted Chicken
- German Sausages
- Sauerkraut
- Spätzle
- Schnitzel
- Apple Strudel
(Find the full Biergarten restaurant menu here)
Good to Know: If you love a good buffet and some over-the-top theming, Biergarten is the place for you! The dining room is designed to make you feel like you're eating outdoors in a quaint Bavarian village, complete with building facades, communal-style tables, and live German music throughout the day.
The buffet is loaded with German classics like sausages, schnitzel, sauerkraut, and spätzle, along with plenty of beer and wine for the adults. For the kiddos - or anyone who doesn't drink - look for the fun mixture of Coca-Cola and Fanta on the drink menu.
Chefs de France

Location: France Pavilion
Type: À La Carte / Prix Fixe Lunch & Dinner / Select Breakfast Experiences
Price: $$ | Officially $15-$34.99 per adult, although I'd personally budget closer to $60+ for a full meal
Cuisine: French
Best For: Classic French food, wine, and people watching
Examples of What They Serve:
- Escargot
- French Onion Soup
- Smoked Salmon
- Ratatouille Provençale
- Boeuf Bourguignon
(Find the full Chefs de France menu here)
Good to Know: Chefs de France has been one of my favorite EPCOT restaurants since I was a little girl. The restaurant serves a wonderful selection of French classics in a bright Parisian café setting, and I especially love getting a table near the windows where I can eat and watch the World Showcase crowds go by.
You can order à la carte, but there's also a prix fixe menu - currently around $67.95 - that I've always really enjoyed. And despite Disney's official price category, from personal experience I would plan on spending closer to $60 or more per person if you're having a full meal with drinks.
For gluten-free diners, there isn't a dedicated allergy menu or separate gluten-free kitchen space, so this wouldn't be my pick for someone with celiac disease or a severe allergy. However, I've found that they can make some dishes gluten-free with substitutions if cross-contact isn't a concern. And if you're a wine or cocktail person, the drink list here is extensive.
La Crêperie de Paris

Location: France Pavilion
Type: À La Carte / Prix Fixe
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Cuisine: French
Best For: Crêpes, gluten-free dining, and a casual sit-down meal
Examples of What They Serve:
- Soupe du Jour
- Buckwheat Galettes
- Dessert Crêpes
- French Hard Cider
(Find the full La Creperie de Paris menu here)
Good to Know: La Crêperie de Paris is one of EPCOT's newer table-service restaurants, located near Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in the newer section of the France pavilion. I've eaten here several times and have always really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant itself is bright and clean with fairly minimal decor, giving it more of a modern French café feel than some of EPCOT's heavily themed restaurants.
The savory galettes are made with buckwheat flour, making them a great option for gluten-free diners. The sweet crêpes are normally made with a traditional batter, but gluten-free versions are also available. You can order à la carte or choose the prix fixe option if you'd like to try a little bit of everything for a slight discount.

La Hacienda de San Angel

Location: Mexico Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Cuisine: Mexican
Best For: Upscale Mexican food, margaritas, and lagoon views
Examples of What They Serve:
- Flautas
- Empanada de Chorizo
- Osso Buco a la Mexicana
- Cowboy Ribeye for Two
(Find the full La Hacienda de San Angel menu here)
Good to Know: La Hacienda de San Angel sits right along World Showcase Lagoon, with large windows overlooking the water while you dine. It's also a fantastic place to watch the nighttime fireworks if you're lucky enough to get a reservation around showtime.
The menu leans more toward upscale Mexican cuisine and, in my opinion, feels a little more geared toward adults than kids. There are plenty of gluten-free options thanks to the use of corn throughout the menu, along with a very nice selection of premium margaritas and other cocktails.
Le Cellier Steakhouse

Location: Canada Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$$ | $35-$60
Cuisine: Steakhouse / American
Best For: Date night, steaks, and a more romantic dinner
Examples of What They Serve:
- Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Poutine
- Prince Edward Island Mussels
- Dry-Aged Duroc Pork Chop
- Ribeye for Two
(Find the full Le Cellier Steakhouse menu here)
Good to Know: I think Le Cellier is one of the more romantic restaurants in EPCOT. The dining room is designed to resemble the wine cellar of a Canadian château, complete with stonework and dim lighting that gives the whole restaurant a cozy, intimate feel.
The menu is similar to what you'd expect from an upscale steakhouse, with just about everything elevated in some way. Because so much of the menu centers around meat, potatoes, and vegetables, there are also quite a few gluten-free choices, along with vegetarian options. And if you're looking for an adult beverage, there's a nice selection of Canadian wines, beers, and cocktails.
Monsieur Paul

Location: France Pavilion
Type: Signature Dining / Prix Fixe
Price: $$$$ | Starting around $195 per person
Cuisine: French
Best For: Fine dining, special occasions, and a serious splurge
Examples of What They Serve:
- Saffron Mussel Soup
- Sea Bass in Puff Pastry
- Rack of Lamb
- Apple Tart
(Find the full Monsieur Paul menu here)
Good to Know: Monsieur Paul is one of the few EPCOT restaurants I haven't personally tried yet, largely because of that hefty price tag - one day, though! I have watched several videos of the full experience, and I have to admit, it looks wonderful.
This is true fine dining rather than your typical theme park sit-down restaurant, with an elaborate prix fixe menu of upscale French dishes served over multiple courses. From the elegant dining room to the presentation of the food and level of service, everything about Monsieur Paul seems to scream luxury. If you're celebrating something special and don't mind spending around $200 per person before extras, this is about as fancy pants as dining in EPCOT gets.
Nine Dragons Restaurant

Location: China Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Chinese
Best For: A quieter sit-down meal and upscale Chinese food
Examples of What They Serve:
- Smoked Duck Bao Buns
- Cheesy Crab Wontons
- Glazed Prawns with Pistachios
- Canton Pepper Beef Stir-Fry
- Kung Pao Duo
- Ube Cheesecake
(Find the full Nine Dragons menu here)
Good to Know: Nine Dragons serves upscale Chinese cuisine in a lovely dining room with modern Asian-inspired decor, and it's also generally one of the less busy table-service restaurants around EPCOT. If you love Asian cuisine but want somewhere a little quieter to sit down and get away from the crowds, this may be the place for you.
Gluten-free dining is a little trickier here because many of the sauces contain traditional soy sauce, but the restaurant may be able to prepare something without sauce if needed. Be sure to speak with your server about your specific dietary needs. There's also an extensive selection of cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic drinks.
Rose & Crown Dining Room

Location: United Kingdom Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Classic British
Best For: British pub food, outdoor dining, and lagoon views
Examples of What They Serve:
- Scotch Egg
- Fish & Chips
- Bangers & Mash
- Sticky Toffee Pudding
(Find the full Rose & Crown Dining Room menu here)
Good to Know: I love this spot because it sits right along World Showcase Lagoon and has outdoor tables - and I'm a big ol' sucker for outdoor dining. The menu is filled with classic British pub fare like fish and chips, cottage pie, and bangers and mash, along with plenty of British beer and cider options. I used to love getting a Guinness mixed with hard cider!
There are a few gluten-free options available, although the menu is a little more limited when it comes to vegetarian entrées. If you can snag an outdoor table, this is an especially lovely place to sit with a pint and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere.
San Angel Inn Restaurante

Location: Mexico Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Mexican
Best For: Immersive theming, families, and Mexican food
Examples of What They Serve:
- Queso Fundido
- Baja Tacos de Pescado
- Osso Buco con Mole
- Flan
(Find the full San Angel Inn menu here)
Good to Know: Incredible theming and Mexican food? Sign me all the way up. I've loved San Angel Inn since I was a wee tot, and it is still one of my favorite restaurant settings anywhere in EPCOT.
The dining room is designed to make it look like you're eating waterfront beneath a nighttime sky, complete with a volcano glowing in the distance and boats from the Gran Fiesta Tour floating past. Chef's kiss. The food still leans toward upscale Mexican cuisine, but I find the atmosphere and menu a little more family-friendly than La Hacienda across the way.
There are plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian choices available, along with an extensive alcohol menu. Personally, I'm a big fan of the cucumber margarita.

Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya

Location: Japan Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Japanese / Sushi
Best For: Sushi and a more casual table-service meal
Examples of What They Serve:
- Nigiri
- Sashimi
- Specialty Rolls
- Maguro Tataki
- Clam Miso Soup
- Fish Tempura
(Find the full Shiki-Sai menu here)
Good to Know: If you want all of the sushi, Shiki-Sai is where to go. This is one of EPCOT's table-service restaurants with a fairly casual atmosphere compared with some of the park's more elaborate dining experiences. And honestly, the fish is surprisingly good for a theme park!
There are a few gluten-free and vegetarian choices available, along with a pretty decent selection of Japanese beer, sake, cocktails, and other alcoholic drinks. I love the plum wine!
Spice Road Table

Location: Morocco Pavilion
Type: À La Carte / Small Plates
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Mediterranean
Best For: Small plates, outdoor dining, and a leisurely adult lunch
Examples of What They Serve:
- Hummus Fries
- Fried Cauliflower
- Kefta
(Find the full Spice Road Table menu here)
Good to Know: This is my absolute FAVORITE restaurant in EPCOT, and I get lunch here as often as possible. The menu is made up of Mediterranean-inspired small plates that are perfect for ordering a few and sharing, with both indoor and waterfront outdoor seating available.
There are a few gluten-free options, although there isn't a dedicated gluten-free kitchen space, so keep that in mind if cross-contact is a concern. There are tons of vegetarian choices and a handful of cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic drinks as well.
As much as I adore this spot, it wouldn't necessarily be my first choice with picky kids. The flavors and small-plate style of dining feel a little more geared toward adult palates, making this one of my favorite places for a slower grown-up lunch around World Showcase.
Find my full Spice Road Table review here.
Takumi-Tei
Location: Japan Pavilion
Type: Signature Dining / Prix Fixe
Price: $$$$ | Starting around $150 per person
Cuisine: Traditional Japanese
Best For: Special occasions, fine dining, and a full culinary experience
Examples of What They Serve:
- Sashimi
- Soup
- Hassun Seasonal Bites
- Onomoro
- Matcha
Good to Know: Takumi-Tei is another EPCOT restaurant that I haven't gotten the pleasure of trying yet, mostly because of the HEFTY price tag. The introductory experience starts around $150 per person, while the full dining experience can run closer to $250 per person - plus around another $100 if you add an alcoholic beverage pairing.
I've watched several videos of the experience, though, and I may have to try it one day for a special occasion because it does look quite lovely. This is very much an experience restaurant rather than somewhere I'd choose for a standard dinner, and certainly not my first pick with children.
Teppan Edo

Location: Japan Pavilion
Type: Teppanyaki / Hibachi-Style Dining
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Japanese
Best For: Dinner and a show, families, and groups
Examples of What They Serve:
- Miso Soup
- Takoyaki
- Sushi Sampler
- Teppanyaki Combos
- Wagyu Steak
- Mango Mousse Cake
(Find the full Teppan Edo menu here)
Good to Know: Teppan Edo is EPCOT's version of a traditional Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. If you've ever been to a Benihana-style restaurant, it's the same basic concept: your meal is cooked right in front of you on the grill built into your table, so you get dinner and a little show at the same time.
I've always really enjoyed these types of restaurants because the chefs make the experience extra fun with little tricks and plenty of interaction, keeping both kids and adults entertained. There are also several gluten-free and vegetarian choices available.
Tutto Italia Ristorante

Location: Italy Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Classic Italian
Best For: Pasta lovers and a cozy Italian dinner
Examples of What They Serve:
- Polipo Grigliato
- Pasta e Fagioli
- Bistecca
- Fettuccine
- Tiramisu
(Find the full Tutto Italian Ristorante menu here)
Good to Know: If you're a pasta lover, Tutto Italia is probably the Italian restaurant you'll want to look at first. The menu features plenty of classic pasta dishes with slightly more elevated additions, all served in a warm and cozy dining room. There's also an extensive wine list with plenty to choose from.
For the little ones, there's a dedicated kids' menu with much more familiar dishes like cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks. There are a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian choices as well, but double-check with your server before ordering since some of the sauces can contain sneaky gluten ingredients.
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

Location: Italy Pavilion
Type: À La Carte
Price: $$ | $15-$35
Cuisine: Pizza & Classic Italian
Best For: Pizza, families, and a more casual Italian meal
Examples of What They Serve:
- Arancini
- Tortellini
- Branzino
- Carciofi Pizza
- Prosciutto e Melone Pizza
- Gelati
(Find the full Via Napoli menu here)
Good to Know: Via Napoli is a little less pasta-heavy than Tutto Italia, with pizza being the real star of the menu. You'll still find several classic Italian entrées and appetizers, but this is the one I'd look at first if your EPCOT dinner plans involve a big pizza in the middle of the table.
The dining room has a clean, bright feel, and there's a decent selection of wine, beer, and cocktails available. You'll also find a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian choices, although gluten-free diners should keep in mind that the restaurant specializes heavily in traditional pizza and pasta.
Quick Guide: Best Table-Service Restaurants in EPCOT
Best Theming: San Angel Inn Restaurante or Space 220
There are quite a few EPCOT restaurants with fantastic theming, but I think this one comes down to San Angel Inn or Space 220 depending on the vibe you're looking for. Space 220 is clean, bright, futuristic, and very space-y, while San Angel Inn is almost the complete opposite - dark, romantic, and designed to make you feel like you're dining waterfront under the night sky with a volcano glowing in the distance.
Best for Families: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall or Garden Grill
Both of these restaurants offer family-style character dining with plenty of familiar foods that should appeal to just about everyone. They're also great for keeping kiddos entertained, with Disney characters making frequent visits to the table throughout your meal. Choose Akershus if you have a princess fan or Garden Grill for classic Disney characters like Chip and Dale.
Best for Adults: La Hacienda de San Angel or Le Cellier Steakhouse
For a more grown-up dinner, I'd go with La Hacienda de San Angel or Le Cellier. Both have more upscale menus, plenty of cocktails, beer, and wine, and atmospheres that work really well for a date night or slower dinner without the kiddos. La Hacienda gets bonus points for its waterfront views, while Le Cellier has that cozy, dimly lit steakhouse feel.
Best Gluten-Free: La Crêperie de Paris
La Crêperie de Paris is my pick for gluten-free dining, especially if you want something a little different from the usual meat-and-potatoes allergy-friendly meal. Their savory galettes are made with naturally gluten-free buckwheat flour, and the French hard ciders are gluten-free as well. Just double-check your fillings and toppings with your server before ordering.
Best Budget: La Crêperie de Paris or Spice Road Table
La Crêperie de Paris wins again here, especially if you're ordering the prix fixe menu. For around $40, you can try a little bit of everything, and I've found it can be plenty of food to share between two adults depending on your appetites.
Spice Road Table is another great choice if you want to keep costs down. Most of the Mediterranean small plates hover around the $10 range, so you can order a few for the table and control exactly how much you want to spend.
Tips for Table-Service Dining in EPCOT
Make a Reservation!: I cannot stress this one enough! There are quite a few table-service restaurants in EPCOT that won't accept walk-ins, even when the restaurant looks slow or you can see open tables. If there's somewhere you really want to eat, don't count on being able to walk up and get a table.
Book Up to 60 Days in Advance: Dining reservations can generally be made up to 60 days ahead of your visit through the My Disney Experience app. You certainly don't need to book every restaurant that far out, but it doesn't hurt to reserve early if you already know where you want to eat.
Book Highly Themed Restaurants Early: Reservations can be much harder to find for popular experiences like Space 220. If one of these restaurants is a must-do for your trip, I recommend making it one of the first reservations you look for when your booking window opens.
Plan Ahead for Signature Dining: If you're interested in one of EPCOT's expensive signature dining experiences, such as Monsieur Paul or Takumi-Tei, I would make your reservation at least a week ahead of time when possible. These aren't really the type of restaurants I'd leave to a last-minute dining decision.
Check the Menu Before You Go: Most EPCOT restaurant menus can be found online or through the My Disney Experience app. I always recommend taking a look beforehand, especially considering how much some of these meals cost!
Let Them Know About Food Allergies: If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, let a Cast Member know when you arrive so they can best assist you. You can often note allergies when making or managing your reservation through the app as well, but I still recommend mentioning it to your server once you're seated.
