EPCOT is easily one of my favorite Disney parks for eating gluten-free, mostly because there is such a huge variety of food to choose from. Between quick-service restaurants, sit-down meals, and all of the different cuisines around World Showcase, you definitely aren't limited to burgers without a bun and a side of fries here.

In this guide, we'll go over where to find gluten-free meals throughout EPCOT, including quick-service and table-service restaurants, examples of what you can order, approximate prices, and a few helpful things to know before you go. Keep in mind that Disney often refers to these options as gluten/wheat allergy-friendly, and menus can change, so always double-check the current allergy menu or speak with a Cast Member before ordering.
World Celebration, World Nature & World Discovery
Connections Eatery
Location: World Celebration
Restaurant Type: Quick Service

Best For: Something quick and affordable

- Cheeseburger with a Gluten-Free Bun (usually Udi's!)

Good to Know: Connections Eatery is one of the easiest places to grab a quick gluten-free meal toward the front of EPCOT. Mobile ordering is available, and you can find the current gluten/wheat allergy-friendly options directly in the My Disney Experience app before placing your order.
Coral Reef Restaurant
Location: The Seas Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$$ | $34.99 and up
Best For: A sit-down meal with a view of the aquarium

Good to Know: Coral Reef is a great choice if you want something a little more upscale, with several gluten-free meat and seafood options available. The real draw here is the atmosphere, though - the dining room looks directly into the massive aquarium inside The Seas pavilion, so you can watch fish, rays, turtles, and sharks swim by while you eat. And yes, there is even a gluten-friendly chocolate mousse bar for dessert!
Garden Grill Restaurant
Location: The Land Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service / Character Dining
Price: $$$$ | $62 per adult | $42 per child
Best For: A family-style meal with character dining

Good to Know: The gluten-free choices at Garden Grill are fairly traditional - think meat, vegetables, potatoes, and gluten-free rolls (typically Udi's) - but this restaurant is really about the experience. The dining room slowly rotates while you eat, offering views into Living with the Land below, and characters make their way around the restaurant during your meal.
Sunshine Seasons
Location: The Land Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Quick Service
Price: $ | $14.99 and under
Best For: A quick, affordable lunch in the air conditioning

Good to Know: Sunshine Seasons has several affordable and surprisingly substantial gluten-free choices if you're looking for a quick meal. It's also entirely indoors with a large seating area, making it a nice place to get out of the Florida heat for a while. Keep an eye around the grab-and-go areas as well, where you can often find prepackaged gluten-free snacks like cookies.
World Showcase
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
Location: Norway Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service / Character Dining
Price: $$$$ | $69 per adult | $46 per child
Best For: A sit-down character dinner with several gluten-free options
Examples of Gluten-Free Meals:
- Norwegian Meatballs with Lingonberry Jam
- Seasonal Vegetables
- Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Good to Know: Akershus is a full sit-down character dining experience with food served family style. Let your server know that you're gluten-free when you arrive and they can walk you through which dishes are safe for you to eat, along with bringing out allergy-friendly substitutions or extras when available.
La Crêperie de Paris
Location: France Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Best For: A sit-down meal in a Parisian café setting

- Savory Buckwheat Galettes
- French Hard Ciders

Good to Know: La Crêperie de Paris uses naturally gluten-free buckwheat flour for its savory galettes, making this one of the more interesting gluten-free meals around World Showcase. I've eaten here several times, and after letting the server know that I'm gluten-free, they've been able to tell me which fillings and toppings are safe to order.

La Hacienda de San Angel
Location: Mexico Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Best For: Upscale Mexican food with a view of World Showcase Lagoon

Good to Know: La Hacienda doesn't have a separate allergy menu, but several dishes on the regular menu are marked gluten-free or vegetarian, making it fairly easy to see your options before ordering. If you have celiac disease or need additional precautions taken to prevent cross-contact, let your server know about your dietary needs before ordering.
Le Cellier Steakhouse
Location: Canada Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$$ | $35-$59.99
Best For: An upscale sit-down dinner with lots of options

Good to Know: Because Le Cellier is a steakhouse with a menu centered around meats, potatoes, and vegetables, there are quite a few gluten-free options to choose from. Several other dishes can also be made gluten-free with fairly simple substitutions, giving you more choices than you'll find at many restaurants around the park.
Regal Eagle Smokehouse
Location: American Adventure Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Quick Service
Price: $ | $14.99 and up
Best For: A quick and filling gluten-free lunch

Good to Know: I've eaten at Regal Eagle several times when I wanted a quick lunch, and it's pretty darn good! Most of the barbecue sauces are gluten-free, and meals that normally come with Texas toast can typically have it swapped for gluten-free bread. If you're in the mood for an adult beverage with your barbecue, they usually have a hard cider available on tap as well.
Rose & Crown Dining Room
Location: United Kingdom Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Best For: A sit-down meal overlooking World Showcase Lagoon

Good to Know: There aren't a ton of gluten-free choices at Rose & Crown, but the options they do have can make a pretty darn good three-course meal when ordered together. The restaurant also serves several hard ciders if you'd like an adult beverage, and the waterfront dining area is especially lovely around sunset.
San Angel Inn Restaurante
Location: Mexico Pavilion
Restaurant Type: Table Service
Price: $$ | $15-$34.99
Best For: A sit-down meal with some of the best theming in EPCOT

Good to Know: Like La Hacienda de San Angel, San Angel Inn doesn't have a separate allergy menu, but several dishes on the regular menu are marked gluten-free. Mexican cuisine also uses quite a bit of corn rather than wheat, which gives you several naturally gluten-free choices here. I've eaten at San Angel Inn several times and have always had a good experience after letting the restaurant know that I'm gluten-free.

Quick Guide: Best Gluten-Free Restaurants & Meals in EPCOT
Best Quick-Service Gluten-Free Meal: Connections Eatery, Sunshine Seasons, or Regal Eagle Smokehouse
There are honestly three really solid choices for a quick gluten-free meal in EPCOT. Connections Eatery is great for familiar favorites like burgers and chicken strips, Sunshine Seasons has lighter options like salmon and customizable bowls, and Regal Eagle Smokehouse is my pick when I want something a little heartier like brisket or barbecue chicken.
Best Sit-Down Restaurant: Le Cellier Steakhouse
Le Cellier is definitely on the pricier side, but it also has one of the largest selections of really well-done gluten-free meals in EPCOT. Between steaks, chicken, salads, seafood, sides, and even gluten-free poutine, you can actually put together a full meal without feeling like you're settling for the one allergy-friendly entrée on the menu.
Best Budget Option: Sunshine Seasons
If you're trying to keep your Disney food budget under control, Sunshine Seasons is one of the most affordable places to find a substantial gluten-free meal. There are several meat, vegetable, and bowl-style options available, and you can usually find prepackaged gluten-free snacks nearby as well.
Most Gluten-Free Options: Le Cellier, Regal Eagle Smokehouse & Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
These three restaurants stand out for having enough gluten-free choices that you actually get to choose what sounds good rather than simply ordering whatever happens to be available. They also give you three very different experiences: upscale steakhouse dining, quick-service barbecue, or family-style character dining.
Best International Gluten-Free Meal: La Crêperie de Paris
This is one of my personal favorites! The savory galettes are made with buckwheat flour, and I love ordering mine with salmon and goat cheese. Pair it with a French hard cider and you have a gluten-free meal that actually feels unique to World Showcase rather than something you could order just about anywhere.
Tips for Finding Gluten-Free Food at EPCOT
Check Allergy-Friendly Menus Online: Many EPCOT restaurants list their gluten/wheat allergy-friendly options online or directly through the My Disney Experience app. I always recommend taking a quick look before your trip, especially if there are a few restaurants you're considering.
Look for the Allergy-Friendly Section When Mobile Ordering: If a restaurant offers Mobile Order, scroll through the menu and look for the allergy-friendly section. Gluten/wheat-friendly meals are generally listed separately, making it much easier to see what you can order without digging through the entire menu.
Don't See an Allergy Menu? Ask!: Not seeing a dedicated allergy menu doesn't necessarily mean a restaurant can't accommodate you. Several EPCOT restaurants can modify dishes or have gluten-free options that aren't immediately obvious online, so if there's somewhere you really want to eat, ask a Cast Member what they can do.
Expect to See Udi's Bread: A lot of the gluten-free buns, rolls, and other bread products I've been served around Disney have been Udi's. If you're already familiar with the brand, this gives you a pretty good idea of what to expect when ordering a burger or other meal with gluten-free bread.
Keep an Eye Out for David's Cookies & Brownies: You'll also find prepackaged gluten-free cookies and brownies around Disney, often from David's. And these are SO good! If you like a really soft, gooey cookie or brownie, I highly recommend grabbing one when you spot them.
