If there's one Disney park I could spend an entire day eating and drinking my way around, it's EPCOT. Between the incredible World Showcase restaurants, unique lounges, and countless snack stands, it's easily my favorite park for food. It's also one of the easiest parks to navigate if you're eating gluten free, with plenty of allergy-friendly options throughout.
In this EPCOT food guide, we'll be exploring all of the dining locations, from quick service restaurants and bakeries to signature dining and bars. (Festival booths and packaged snacks found throughout the pavilions aren't included since those rotate every few months.)

Mexico Pavilion:
- Choza de Margarita ($ • Quick Service): Choza de Margarita is a must-stop for me on just about every trip to EPCOT. This small outdoor stand, located just outside the Mexico pyramid, serves frozen and on-the-rocks margaritas along with a handful of Mexican-inspired snacks like guacamole, empanadas, and tacos. If you're looking for a refreshing drink while walking around World Showcase, I highly recommend grabbing one of their frozen margaritas.

- La Cantina de San Angel ($ • Quick Service): Located right on the edge of World Showcase Lagoon, La Cantina de San Angel is a quick service restaurant serving Mexican favorites like tacos, nachos, empanadas, churros, and margaritas. The waterfront seating offers some beautiful views throughout the day, and it's an especially nice spot to relax if you can grab a table around sunset.
- La Cava del Tequila ($ • Bar): Hidden inside the Mexico pavilion pyramid, La Cava del Tequila is one of the most popular bars in all of EPCOT. This cozy tequila bar offers more than 200 varieties of tequila along with handcrafted margaritas, Mexican beer, wine, and tequila flights. It can get quite busy, but many guests consider it well worth the wait.
- La Hacienda de San Angel ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): La Hacienda de San Angel is a beautiful waterfront restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine in an elegant lakeside setting. The menu features premium margaritas alongside dishes like grilled meats, seafood, tacos, and enchiladas. If you're able to time your reservation just right, it's also one of the best restaurants in EPCOT for watching the nighttime fireworks.
- San Angel Inn Restaurante ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Located inside the Mexico pavilion pyramid, San Angel Inn Restaurante is one of the most immersive dining experiences in EPCOT. Guests dine beneath a perpetual twilight sky overlooking the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride, creating an atmosphere that feels incredibly romantic and unique. Norway Pavilion:
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall ($$$$ • Table Service • Family Style): Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is one of EPCOT's most popular character dining experiences, where guests can meet several Disney Princesses in a beautiful medieval castle setting. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served family style, with a menu featuring Norwegian-inspired dishes alongside familiar favorites. Expect options like shrimp salad, meatballs with lingonberry jam, and other Scandinavian flavors that set it apart from many of the other character meals at Disney World.
- Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe ($ • Bakery): Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe is a charming little Norwegian bakery located near the front of the pavilion. It's best known for its famous School Bread, but you'll also find a variety of traditional pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and drinks like Viking Coffee. Whether you're looking for breakfast, a quick snack, or something sweet, this is one of my favorite bakery stops in EPCOT.
China Pavilion:
- Joy of Tea ($ • Quick Service): Joy of Tea is a small walk-up stand serving specialty cocktails, frozen drinks, bubble tea, and Chinese beers alongside snacks like pork and vegetable egg rolls. It's a great stop if you're looking for a refreshing drink while making your way around World Showcase. If you'd like to learn more, be sure to check out my full review!

- Lotus Blossom Café ($ • Quick Service): Lotus Blossom Café is the China pavilion's main quick service restaurant, serving familiar Chinese-American favorites in a casual setting. The menu includes dishes like orange chicken, sesame chicken, beef, noodles, fried rice, and egg rolls, making it an easy choice if you're craving a quick and filling meal.
- Nine Dragons Restaurant ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Nine Dragons Restaurant offers a more relaxed sit-down dining experience inside the China pavilion, with beautiful décor inspired by traditional Chinese architecture and artwork. The menu features a wider selection of regional Chinese dishes, including dumplings, seafood, noodle dishes, and classic favorites, making it a nice option if you're looking for something a little more elevated than quick service.
Germany Pavilion:
- Biergarten Restaurant ($$$ • Table Service • Buffet): Biergarten Restaurant is one of the most immersive dining experiences in EPCOT, transporting guests to a lively Bavarian village celebrating Oktoberfest under a perpetual evening sky. The buffet features German favorites like bratwurst, schnitzel, roast chicken, spaetzle, potato salad, and apple strudel, while a live polka band and traditional dancers perform throughout the day. It's a fun, energetic restaurant that's just as much about the atmosphere as it is the food.
- Karamell-Küche ($ • Bakery): If you have a sweet tooth, Karamell-Küche is a must-stop while visiting EPCOT. This cozy little shop is filled with the smell of fresh caramel and offers all kinds of caramel-covered treats, including caramel apples, cookies, brownies, popcorn, and freshly made caramel candies. It's easily one of the most popular snack stops in World Showcase.
- Sommerfest ($ • Quick Service): Sommerfest is a small quick service stand located just outside Biergarten Restaurant. The menu features German-inspired snacks like bratwurst, jumbo pretzels, and beer, making it a great place to grab a quick bite without committing to a full sit-down meal.
Italy Pavilion:
- Gelateria Toscana ($ • Quick Service): Gelateria Toscana is the perfect place to cool off with a scoop of authentic Italian gelato or fruit sorbet while exploring World Showcase. In addition to frozen treats, the stand also serves coffee creations like affogatos, Italian beer and wine, and one of my favorite warm-weather drinks in the park, a frozen sangria.
- Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar ($ • Bar): Tucked beneath Tutto Italia, Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is a cozy, intimate wine bar inspired by an old-world Italian cellar. Guests can choose from an extensive selection of Italian wines, cocktails, beers, and small plates like cheeses, cured meats, and paninis, making it a wonderful spot to escape the crowds for a while.
- Tutto Italia Ristorante ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Tutto Italia Ristorante is EPCOT's classic Italian restaurant, serving traditional dishes in an elegant dining room inspired by old-world Italy. The menu includes handmade pastas, seafood, steaks, chicken, and rich Italian desserts, along with an impressive selection of wines to complement your meal.
- Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): If you're craving pizza, Via Napoli is the place to go. This lively Italian restaurant is famous for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, cooked in massive wood-fired ovens imported from Italy and named after the three active volcanoes-Stromboli, Vesuvius, and Etna. Along with pizza, you'll also find pasta, salads, and Italian favorites, making it one of the most popular restaurants in EPCOT.
American Pavilion:
- Block & Hans ($ • Quick Service): Block & Hans is a small walk-up stand tucked beside the American Adventure pavilion that's best known for its selection of craft and domestic beers. You'll also find Mickey-shaped pretzel nuggets, making it a great place to grab a quick snack and a cold drink while exploring World Showcase.
- Fife & Drum Tavern ($ • Quick Service): Fife & Drum Tavern is a classic EPCOT snack stand serving theme park favorites like turkey legs, popcorn, Mickey pretzels, root beer floats, and domestic beers. It's a convenient stop if you're looking for something quick before continuing your walk around World Showcase.
- Funnel Cake Stand ($ • Quick Service): Sometimes you just need a funnel cake, and this is the place to get one. Located next to the American Adventure pavilion, this stand serves classic funnel cakes along with seasonal specialty versions that are often topped with ice cream, fruit, or other rotating toppings depending on the time of year.
- Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue ($ • Quick Service): Regal Eagle Smokehouse is EPCOT's go-to spot for classic American barbecue. The menu features smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, burgers, mac and cheese, and plenty of house-made sauces, all served inside a spacious quick service restaurant themed around classic American backyard barbecue. If you're feeding a hungry group, this is one of the better values in the park.
Japan Pavilion:
- Kabuki Café ($ • Quick Service): Kabuki Café is a small walk-up stand serving a fun mix of Japanese snacks and beverages. You'll find sushi, colorful kakigōri (Japanese shaved ice), Ramune sodas, Japanese beers, plum wine, and sake, making it a great stop whether you're craving something sweet or something refreshing.
- Katsura Grill ($ • Quick Service): Tucked away in the peaceful gardens behind the Japan pavilion, Katsura Grill is one of EPCOT's hidden gems. The menu features Japanese favorites like sushi, teriyaki chicken, udon, curry, and rice bowls, along with Japanese beer, plum wine, and sake. The quiet garden seating makes this one of my favorite places to take a break from the crowds.
- Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya offers a more modern take on Japanese dining, serving sushi, grilled skewers, ramen, seafood, and a variety of traditional small plates. The restaurant celebrates Japan's seasonal festivals throughout the year, with a menu inspired by the flavors and traditions of each season.
- Takumi-Tei ($$$$ • Table Service • Prix Fixe): If you're looking for one of the most upscale dining experiences in all of Walt Disney World, Takumi-Tei is it. This signature restaurant offers an elegant multi-course prix fixe tasting menu (typically around $250-$350 per person, depending on the experience selected) showcasing beautifully prepared Japanese cuisine. Every dining room is inspired by a different element of Japanese art and design, creating an experience that's just as much about craftsmanship and presentation as it is the food.
- Teppan Edo ($$ • Table Service): Teppan Edo is EPCOT's hibachi-style restaurant where talented chefs prepare your meal right at the table on large teppan grills. The menu includes steak, chicken, shrimp, seafood, and vegetables, with the entertaining cooking demonstrations making it a fun choice for families and groups.
Morocco Pavilion:
- Oasis Sweets & Sips ($ • Quick Service): Oasis Sweets & Sips is a small snack stand tucked into the Morocco pavilion, serving a delicious selection of Mediterranean-inspired desserts and drinks. You'll find treats like pistachio baklava and almond crescent cookies, along with sangria, specialty cocktails, and other refreshing beverages. It's a great stop if you're looking for a quick sweet treat while wandering World Showcase.
- Spice Road Table ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Spice Road Table is one of my favorite restaurants in all of EPCOT. Located right along World Showcase Lagoon, this beautiful waterfront restaurant specializes in Mediterranean-inspired small plates, making it perfect for sharing a few different dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is consistently excellent, and if you can time your reservation right, it's also one of my favorite places to watch the nighttime fireworks. (Find my full Spice Road Table review here) - Tangerine Café ($ • Quick Service): Tangerine Café serves a rotating menu of Moroccan-inspired small plates and festival offerings throughout much of the year. When it's operating as a traditional quick service location, you'll typically find flavorful dishes like grilled chicken, kebabs, hummus, couscous, and fresh salads. It's a great option if you're looking for something a little lighter or more adventurous than typical theme park food.
France Pavilion:
- Chefs de France ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Chefs de France is a classic French bistro serving traditional French cuisine in an elegant yet approachable setting. The menu features favorites like French onion soup, steak frites, seafood, and crème brûlée, making it a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy a leisurely meal while exploring World Showcase.
- Crêpes À Emporter ($ • Quick Service): Attached to La Crêperie de Paris, Crêpes À Emporter is the quick service counterpart for guests looking to grab a crêpe on the go. The menu features both sweet crêpes and savory gluten-free buckwheat galettes, along with French cider, making it a great stop if you're looking for a quick bite without a reservation. - La Crêperie de Paris ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): La Crêperie de Paris is a charming French bistro inspired by the crêperies of Brittany. The restaurant serves both savory buckwheat galettes and traditional sweet crêpes, paired with authentic French cider and wine in a cozy atmosphere. - L'Artisan des Glaces ($ • Quick Service): L'Artisan des Glaces is my favorite place in EPCOT for ice cream. This charming little shop serves French-style ice cream and sorbet in a variety of flavors, along with fun specialties like the famous ice cream brioche and ice cream-filled macarons. - Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie ($ • Bakery / Quick Service): Hidden toward the back of the France pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie is one of the most popular quick service locations in EPCOT. The bakery offers an incredible selection of fresh pastries, breads, sandwiches, soups, quiche, desserts, and French baked goods, making it a fantastic choice for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon snack.
- Les Vins de Chefs de France ($ • Bar): This small outdoor wine kiosk is one of my favorite places to grab a drink in EPCOT. Les Vins de Chefs de France serves French wines, champagne, frozen cocktails, and specialty drinks, including one of my favorite beverages in the entire park. (Find my full Les Vins de Chefs de France review here) - Monsieur Paul ($$$$ • Table Service • Prix Fixe): Located on the second floor above Chefs de France, Monsieur Paul is one of EPCOT's signature fine dining experiences. The elegant prix fixe menu showcases elevated French cuisine with beautifully presented multi-course meals in a refined atmosphere. It's definitely a splurge, but for guests looking for a special occasion meal, it's considered one of the finest restaurants in Walt Disney World.
UK Pavilion:
- Rose & Crown Dining Room ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Rose & Crown Dining Room is a cozy British pub serving traditional UK favorites in a warm, welcoming atmosphere overlooking World Showcase Lagoon. The menu features classics like fish and chips, shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, and sticky toffee pudding, along with an impressive selection of British beers and ciders. If you're able to snag a waterfront table, it's also one of the best places in EPCOT to watch the nighttime fireworks.
- Rose & Crown Pub ($ • Pub): Attached to the dining room, Rose & Crown Pub is one of the most popular places in EPCOT to grab a drink. The pub serves a wide variety of British beers, ciders, cocktails, and whisky, and if you're a Guinness fan, this is definitely the place to get one while exploring World Showcase.
- Yorkshire County Fish Shop ($ • Quick Service): If you're craving classic fish and chips, Yorkshire County Fish Shop has you covered. This small quick service window serves freshly battered fish, crispy fries, and a few beverages, making it one of the most popular grab-and-go lunch spots in the United Kingdom pavilion. The nearby waterfront seating also makes for a great place to relax while you eat.
Canada Pavilion:
- Canada Popcorn Cart ($ • Quick Service): The Canada Popcorn Cart is home to one of my favorite snacks in all of EPCOT. Along with fresh popcorn and a selection of beers, the stand is best known for its addictive maple popcorn, which somehow tastes remarkably similar to Smacks cereal in the best possible way. They also usually offer a rotating maple-inspired cocktail that's worth checking out during your visit. If you'd like a closer look, be sure to check out my full review!

- Le Cellier Steakhouse ($$$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Located inside the Canada pavilion, Le Cellier Steakhouse is one of EPCOT's most popular signature dining restaurants. The cozy cellar-inspired dining room serves premium Canadian steaks, fresh seafood, poutine, rich cheddar cheese soup, and an excellent selection of Canadian wines and beers. It's a favorite for special occasions, so reservations are highly recommended.
World Celebration:
- Connections Café ($): Connections Café is EPCOT's Starbucks location, making it the go-to stop for coffee, pastries, and familiar drinks before starting your day. The spacious indoor seating and air conditioning also make it a great place to cool off for a few minutes during a busy park day.
- Connections Eatery ($ • Quick Service): Located next door to Connections Café, Connections Eatery is EPCOT's largest quick service restaurant. The menu focuses on familiar favorites like burgers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and chicken dishes, making it a great option if your group is looking for something everyone can agree on.
- GEO-82 ($$ • Bar): One of EPCOT's newest additions, GEO-82 is an elegant adults-only lounge tucked beneath Spaceship Earth. The menu features upscale small plates, beautifully crafted cocktails, wine, and champagne in a sleek modern setting. If you're lucky enough to snag a reservation, it's also one of the most unique places in the park to watch the nighttime fireworks.
- Grab & Goof ($ • Quick Service): Grab & Goof is a small snack stand offering a rotating selection of quick bites, seasonal treats, and beers throughout the year. Since the menu changes fairly often, it's worth stopping by to see what's available during your visit.
- Space 220 ($$ • Table Service • Prix Fixe): Space 220 is easily one of the most immersive dining experiences in all of Disney World. Guests begin their meal by boarding a space elevator that "launches" 220 miles above Earth before arriving at the Centauri Space Station overlooking breathtaking views of the planet below. The prix fixe menu features modern American cuisine.
- Sunshine Seasons ($ • Quick Service): Located inside The Land pavilion directly across from Living with the Land, Sunshine Seasons is one of my favorite quick service restaurants in EPCOT. The menu offers a little bit of everything, including rotisserie chicken, grilled salmon, Asian-inspired dishes, sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts, making it a great choice if everyone in your group wants something different.
- Swirled Showcase ($ • Quick Service): Swirled Showcase is a small dessert stand serving soft serve ice cream along with rotating seasonal treats inspired by EPCOT's current festivals. It's a fun place to grab something sweet, especially if you're looking for a quick dessert without committing to a full bakery stop.
World Nature:
- Coral Reef Restaurant ($$ • Table Service • À La Carte): Coral Reef Restaurant is one of the most unique dining experiences in Disney World, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the massive aquarium inside The Seas pavilion. While you enjoy your meal, you'll likely spot sea turtles, rays, tropical fish, and even the occasional shark swimming by. The menu focuses primarily on seafood, with steaks and chicken also available for guests looking for something different.
- Garden Grill Restaurant ($$$$ • Table Service • Family Style): Garden Grill is a rotating character dining experience located inside The Land pavilion, slowly revolving above scenes from Living with the Land. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served family style, featuring American comfort food favorites alongside visits from Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale dressed in their adorable farmer outfits. It's one of the more relaxed character meals in Disney World and always a lot of fun.
- The Land Cart ($): If you're looking for something a little lighter, The Land Cart is a nice hidden option tucked near The Land pavilion. The menu typically features healthier grab-and-go items like poke bowls, smoothies, and fresh snacks, making it a great stop if you're ready for a break from burgers and fries.
