- Total Time– 40 minutes to roast garlic + 5 minutes to mix

Garlic Olive Oil Bread Dip Ingredients:
- Whole Heads of Garlic– once roasted, garlic cloves become tender and spreadable.
- Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil– because this is the main flavor, you want to choose a good quality olive oil.
- Seasonings & Herbs– dill, onion powder, dried oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper.
- Fresh Dill– for garnish
- Crusty Bread– for lots and lots of dipping.

How to Make Garlic Olive Oil Bread Dip:
- Roast Garlic–
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Peel most of the outer layers of garlic bulbs. Cut off the tops to expose cloves.
- Drizzle each garlic bulb with a but of olive oil and tightly wrap each in aluminum foil.
- Place bulbs on a baking sheet and roast 35-40 minutes. Allow bulbs to cool enough to easily touch, then peel gently peel cloves.
- Mix and Serve– In a small serving bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil with dill, onion powder, dried oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper. Top with roasted garlic and garnish with fresh dill. Add a little more pepper and salt if needed, and serve with crusty bread.
