Ingredients
- 2 whole heads garlic
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil + 2 tbsp
- ½ teaspoon fresh dill finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Roast garlic at 400°F for 35-40 minutes until golden and tender. Peel cloves.
- In a serving bowl, whisk olive oil with herbs, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
