Why You'll Love this Easy Olive Cheese Bread:

  • Salty olives, garlic butter, extra extra cheese, and crunchy bread! I mean, come on!
  • When I say easy I mean it! Just preheat the oven, load the bread with toppings and let it bake!
  • A perfect appetizer for dinner parties or get togethers!

Ingredient Notes:

  • Bread: You can use your favorite bread for this recipe, but I like a long, thick French bread or baguette.
  • Garlic Butter: The flavor base of this recipe. It can be quickly whipped up with softened butter.
  • Cheese: A blend of shredded mozzarella & Parmesan.
  • Olives: Salty, briney deliciousness. Use your favorite blend!

Dietary Swaps:

  • Gluten-Free: Use a gluten free bread such as Udi's French bread! Double check that all shredded cheese is labeled gluten-free as well as some use wheat based anti-caking coating.
  • Dairy-Free: Use a dairy free butter substitute and a dairy free cheese that has a good melt!

Recipe Variations:

  • Add more Veggies! Such as sliced roasted red pepper or sauteed mushrooms.
  • Swap or Add Cheese. Provolone or crumbled feta cheese also work really well.

Tips & Recipe Notes:

  • Keep a close eye on the bread while broiling. It can quickly go from golden browned to burnt!
  • This bread is best enjoyed fresh & hot!
  • Leftovers will keep for 2 days if wrapped tightly in foil and can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
