Bettergoods Gluten-Free Cauliflower Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza is Walmart's take on an affordable gluten-free frozen pizza, and as someone who's a sucker for gluten-free pizza, I knew I had to try it as soon as I spotted it in the freezer aisle.
I've purchased this pizza several times now, and in this review we'll go over everything you need to know, including the taste, texture, ingredients, nutrition, price, and whether I think it's worth buying.

Bettergoods is Walmart's newer premium private-label brand, offering everything from frozen meals to pantry staples and snacks. Their gluten-free frozen pizza lineup currently includes this Pepperoni Pizza as well as a Margherita version.
Each pizza comes in a 12.5-ounce box and costs $5.97 at my local Walmart, making it one of the more affordable gluten-free frozen pizzas I've found.

Nutrition & Ingredients:
The crust is made primarily with:
- Rice flour
- Cauliflower
It's then topped with:
- Mozzarella cheese
- White cheddar cheese
- Pepperoni
This pizza is certified gluten-free, made with a cauliflower crust, and contains milk.

Taste Test:
The pizza comes frozen inside a plastic wrapper and a cardboard box. It's about 10 inches across, which is pretty standard for a gluten-free frozen pizza.
When I opened mine, all of the pepperoni had shifted to one side during shipping. I was able to spread most of them back out, although a few were stuck together, leaving one very meat-heavy slice. Not exactly a dealbreaker, but something I noticed.
The pizza has a standard thin crust with a decent amount of cheese. Personally, I'd never complain about having a little more cheese, but there was enough to cover the pizza nicely.
I baked mine at 425°F for 15 minutes, and it came out nicely browned with crispy edges.
The crust was probably the most interesting part. It had a nice balance of crispiness with just a little chew, and it developed a slightly glossy finish as it baked. It also appears to be seasoned with herbs, I believe rosemary, which gives the crust a noticeable herby flavor that I really enjoyed. Best of all, it cooked evenly from edge to center.
The cheese melted nicely, the pepperoni crisped up around the edges, and both had great flavor. The tomato sauce leaned slightly sweet but wasn't overpowering, allowing the cheese, pepperoni, and seasoned crust to remain the stars of the pizza.

The crispy, herb-seasoned crust and affordable price make it an easy option to keep in the freezer for those nights when you want something quick and easy.
