Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil Bread Dip

This easy balsamic vinegar and olive oil bread dip is packed with garlic, herbs, and a little kick from red pepper flakes. It comes together in just a few minutes and turns a loaf of crusty bread into one of the best appetizers on the table.

Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil Bread Dip

This easy balsamic vinegar and olive oil bread dip is packed with garlic, herbs, and a little kick from red pepper flakes.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup good-quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small serving bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  • Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Give everything a good stir and let the dip sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors can come together.
  • Serve with warm crusty bread, focaccia, or your favorite artisan loaf.
