Green Olive Tapenade

As some of you have noticed, I am currently deep on an olive kick. This Green Olive Tapenade is an easy and delicious way to have olives with every meal. Made with green olives, capers, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice, it can be eaten with crackers, or as a topped for hummus, salads, meats, and so much more.

Ingredients
  

  • 9 oz jar green olives drained
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Splash lemon juice
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add olives, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor.
  • Pulse until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust with more oil, lemon, or pepper if desired.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
