9 oz jar green olives drained 2 tablespoon capers 2 tablespoon fresh parsley 1-2 tablespoon olive oil 2 garlic cloves Splash lemon juice Fresh cracked black pepper
Add olives, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust with more oil, lemon, or pepper if desired.
