This easy and irresistible Olive Cheesy Bread is a perfect blend of buttery garlic bread topped with melted mozzarella, Parmesan, and Mediterranean olives. Finished with a drizzle of fresh herb oil, it’s a simple yet flavorful appetizer or side dish that everyone will love!
Mix the garlic butter ingredients together, then spread evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until the bread is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and sliced olives. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Return the bread to the oven and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Switch the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes to get the top golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and drizzle with the herb oil mixture.
