Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices bread
- 1 -2 teaspoon mustard yellow or Dijon
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- A few slices deli ham
- ¼ cup pulled pork
- Pickle slices patted dry
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet.
- Layer with 2 slices Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, pickles, and remaining Swiss cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
