Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 –2 teaspoon mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • A few slices deli ham
  • ¼ cup pulled pork
  • Pickle slices patted dry

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread in the skillet.
  • Layer with 2 slices Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, pickles, and remaining Swiss cheese.
  • Top with the second slice of bread.
  • Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Pat pickles dry before assembling to prevent a soggy sandwich.
  • Warm leftover pulled pork slightly before assembling.
  • Press gently with a spatula while grilling for better contact and crispier bread.
