Cuban Grilled Cheese
Layers of melty Swiss cheese, savory ham, tender pulled pork, tangy pickles, and mustard are pressed between golden, buttery bread.

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices bread
- 1 –2 teaspoon mustard yellow or Dijon
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- A few slices deli ham
- ¼ cup pulled pork
- Pickle slices patted dry
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
Place one slice of bread in the skillet.
Layer with 2 slices Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, pickles, and remaining Swiss cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve immediately.
- Pat pickles dry before assembling to prevent a soggy sandwich.
- Warm leftover pulled pork slightly before assembling.
