Key Ingredients:
- Pasta: Use your favorite pasta for this recipe. Short-cut, noodles, even ravioli all work for this recipe.
- Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese: A brand of soft, creamy cheese that comes in various flavors. It comes in a small box and can usually be found in the deli section of most grocery stores.
- Butter, Broth, Onion, & Garlic: Used along with the cheese to create the sauce.
- Fresh Herbs: Finely chopped and added directly into the sauce for extra herby flavor. I used parsley and chives but you can use a blend of your favorite herbs.

Dietary Swaps:
- Gluten-Free: Use your favorite brand of gluten-free pasta. Boursin cheese is generally considered gluten-free, but as always double check the labels of all store bought ingredients.
- Dairy-Free: Boursin actually makes a dairy-free cheese! I have found it available at both Target and Whole Foods. Also, use a dairy-free butter or margarine for the sauce.
- Vegetarian: Use vegetable broth in the sauce.

Recipe Variations:
- Add meat or fish, such as sliced grilled chicken, steak, salmon, or shrimp.
- Add some veggies. Cherry tomatoes, a handful or spinach, or sliced mushrooms are all be great in this dish!
- Make it a bake. Follow the recipe as written, add pasta to a buttered casserole dish, top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, and bake at 350F (176C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Try a different kind of Boursin cheese. Boursin comes in quite a few different flavors such as Black Truffle & Sea Salt, Rosemary & Black Garlic, or even Fig & Balsamic to name a few!

Tips & Notes:
- Reserve a bit of the salted pasta water! This will help thin out the sauce if needed.
- Use fresh herbs instead of dried. Herbs are one of the most prominent ingredients in this dish, so using fresh will give it a much better flavor and texture.

Storage & Reheating:
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat, adding a splash of broth or water to loosen the sauce as needed.

FAQs:
Yes! Cream cheese, goat cheese, or ricotta all melt really well for pasta sauce.
Yes, make the pasta and sauce and store separately. Reheat and combine when ready to serve.
For this recipe I used Radiatorre, but any pasta will work for this recipe.
