Whipped Goat Cheese Ingredients:
- Bread– use your favorite! Sourdough works great if you like a bit of tang.
- Butter– for frying toast. Both salted or unsalted work here.
- Goat Cheese– the star of the show! If you never had goat cheese (or Chèvre), it tends to be creamy and slightly tangy.
- Cream Cheese– this helps stabilize the texture for perfect spreadabilty.
- Heavy Cream
- Cinnamon
- Honey-for sweetness
- Nuts– I used pistachios & walnuts.

How to Make Whipped Goat Cheese:
- Make Whipped Goat Cheese Spread: Add goat cheese, cream cheese, splash of heavy cream, 2 tsp of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon to a food processor. Blend until fully combined and fluffy. Taste and add more cinnamon or honey if necessary.
- Pan Fry Bread: Melt 1 tbsp butter completely in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bread and fry 1-2 minutes. Add second tbsp of butter, flip bread and fry another 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Construct: Spread whipped goat cheese on toast. Top with chopped pistachios, walnuts, and remaining honey.
