- 16 oz french fries
- 2 tbsp-¼ cup white truffle oil start with 2 tablespoon and adjust
- ¼ –½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh curly-leaf parsley chopped
- Sea salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste
Cook fries per package instructions until crisp.
Toss hot fries with truffle oil.
Add parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve right away.
- Toss fries while they're still hot and fresh out of the oven or air-fryer. This helps the truffle oil and Parmesan stick.
- Serve immediately. Fries will lose their crispiness the longer they sit.
