Bread
- 2 12-inch baguette loaves
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sliced Mediterranean olives
Garlic Butter
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Herb Oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice baguettes in half lengthwise.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over bread.
Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove bread from oven and top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and olives. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
Return to oven and bake 5–6 minutes until cheese is melted.
Switch oven to broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Mix herb oil ingredients and drizzle over sliced bread before serving.
- Keep a close eye on the bread while broiling. It can quickly go from golden browned to burnt!
- This bread is best enjoyed fresh & hot!
- Leftovers will keep for 2 days if wrapped tightly in foil and can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
