1teaspoononion powder

2large eggs
Splash of milk or cream
½cupItalian panko breadcrumbs
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
If pork chops are thick, use a mallet to pound pork chops so they are flattened slightly and no more than 1 inch thick.
Set up breading station:Bowl 1: Flour + garlic powder + onion powder + salt + pepper. Whisk to combine.Bowl 2: Eggs + milk/cream. Whisk until fully combined.Bowl 3: Panko + Parmesan. Stir to combine.
Dredge pork chops in flour (shake off excess), dip in egg wash, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket with cooking spray.
Air fry chops for 4 minutes, flip, spray again with cooking spray, and cook 4 more minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
Let pork chops rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use Italian-Style Panko Breadcrumbs. I have made this recipe with several types of breadcrumbs, and panko by far hold up the best and have the crispiest texture.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
After adding pork chops to air fryer basket, give them a good spray with a neutral cooking oil. This helps them crisp up and give that 'fried' texture.
