Notes
Gluten-Free:
Use gluten-free cheese ravioli (such as Celentano Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli)
Make sure the Cajun seasoning is also gluten-free (some blends may contain gluten as a thickener).
Double-check that any smoked sausage is gluten-free, as some brands may include fillers that contain gluten.
Control the Spice: Start with a smaller amount of Cajun seasoning if you’re sensitive to spice, as its heat can vary. You can always add more at the end if needed.
Too Much Cajun Flavor: If the Cajun seasoning is overpowering, balance it out with a bit more cream or a splash of white wine for brightness.
If Sauce is Too Thick: Add a splash of pasta water or chicken broth to thin it out.
If Sauce is Too Thin: If your sauce isn’t thickening as expected, let it simmer uncovered for a few more minutes to reduce the liquid and concentrate the flavors. Alternatively, you can add a sprinkle of flour to help thicken the sauce.
