- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- Italian sausages
- 16 oz gnocchi
- Feta cheese
- Lemon slices
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
For Seasoning Blend:
- 1-2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 425.
In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried dill weed, dried parsley, marjoram, dried thyme, black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Toss sliced red onion, broccoli florets, and gnocchi with extra virgin olive oil and seasoning blend. Spread mixture evenly over a baking sheet. Make a bit of room in the center of baking sheet and add sausages. Top gnocchi with a few slices of lemon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until sausage is cooked through (internal temperature reaching 160F), vegetables are roasted, and gnocchi are golden and slightly crisp.
Top with feta cheese & enjoy!
