Baking Sheet

Small Bowl
Basting Brush
- 8 oz can crescent rolls
- 4 mozzarella string cheese
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1.5 tsp finely minced garlic about 1 large clove
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1.5 tsp grated Parmesan
Prepare Crescent Rolls- Preheat oven to 375F. Unroll crescent roll dough and cut along the pre-made seams so that you have 8 triangles. In a microwave or small saucepan, melt butter. Stir minced garlic & Italian seasoning into melted butter. Using a basting brush, brush unrolled crescent dough with a light layer of butter mixture. (Leave some butter for the tops!)
Add Cheese & Roll- Cut each string cheese in half width-wise so you have 8 pieces. Place one piece of cheese at the large end of a crescent dough, fold edges over cheese, and roll (like you would a burrito). Pinch the corners closed. Repeat this process with remaining cheese and dough.
Butter & Bake- Place crescent rolls seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the tops with a light layer of butter. Bake 12-16 minutes until golden brown. Brush the tops with a bit more garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
