Dutch Baby
The Dutch Baby, the delicious, versatile crepe/pancake hybrid. With just a hint of cinnamon spice and sweetness it can be served in so many ways: as a savory breakfast, a shareable dessert, or just plain with a bit of butter. The options are endless.

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp all spice
- 4 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 425.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and all spice. Whisk in eggs and milk. Set Aside
Cut butter into pads and place in cast iron skillet. Pop in oven until butter has melted. Keep a close eye on it so it does not burn. Pour batter into melted butter, pop back into the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 300, bake another 5 minutes.
Top with chosen toppings and serve immediately.
