Must Love Garlic

– 1 stick quality salted butter such as Plugra or Kerrygold, softened – 2-3 cloves garlic pressed or finely minced – 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped – 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped – 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped – Kosher salt to taste – Fresh cracked pepper to taste

– Let butter come to room temperature. – Add softened butter to a bowl, and use a spoon to cream/mash butter.

Fold in garlic, herbs, and a sprinkle of kosher salt & pepper to taste.

Serve softened or chilled. To chill, place  herb butter on a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate  for at least an hour or until firm. Slice into rounds and enjoy on  bread, steaks, veggies, etc.
