Sheet Pan Italian Sausage & Gnocchi

Did you know that you can cook gnocchi in the oven? It still comes out pillowy & delicious but has an added crispiness. Honestly, my partner and I prefer it cooked this way. Plus it takes barely any preparation. That’s what’s so great about this Sheet Pan Italian Sausage & Gnocchi recipe. Just pop everything in the oven with a few spices, and out comes a complete flavorful one-pan oven dinner.

  • Red Onion– sliced
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Italian Sausages– mild or spicy.
  • Gnocchi
  • Feta Cheese
  • Lemon Slices
  • Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Seasoning Blend– salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, dill weed, parsley, marjoram, thyme, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg.

How to Make Sheet Pan Gnocchi:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried dill weed, dried parsley, marjoram, dried thyme, black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Toss sliced red onion, broccoli florets, and gnocchi with extra virgin olive oil and seasoning blend. Spread mixture evenly over a baking sheet. Make a bit of room in the center of baking sheet and add sausages. Top gnocchi with a few slices of lemon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until sausage is cooked through (internal temperature reaching 160F), vegetables are roasted, and gnocchi are golden and slightly crisp.
  • Top with feta cheese & enjoy!
